The HydroTech custom NX7 is especially designed to communicate with all HydroTech, Hydrolab® / Hach® and YSI® multiprobes. The custom built-in power supply is powerful enough to power all sondes, even without internal batteries. The communication can be established via a terminal emulator or via proprietary software like Hydras Pocket 3 pocket®.   ( Hydras 3 Pocket PC Demo). 

On the terminal mode, the HydroTech custom NX7 supports all sonde menu functions, from calibration to sonde setup, just like a regular PC. (see videos below)
